1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Desert Sol Real Estate website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Site or services. Desert Sol Real Estate is operated under California DRE License #02190367.

2. Booking and Reservations

All vacation rental bookings are processed through our property management platform, Guesty. By making a reservation, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for all guests
  • Pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your booking
  • Comply with the specific property rules provided at the time of booking
  • Use the property solely for vacation rental purposes unless otherwise agreed

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and are specified at the time of booking. Generally:

  • 30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund

Some properties may have different cancellation terms. The specific policy for your booking will be communicated at the time of reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: Typically 4:00 PM (varies by property)
  • Check-out: Typically 10:00 AM (varies by property)

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees. Check-in instructions and access codes will be sent prior to your arrival.

5. Property Rules

Guests are expected to treat all properties with care and respect. General rules include:

  • No smoking inside any property (outdoor designated areas may be available)
  • No parties or events without prior written approval
  • Observe quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) per local ordinances
  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
  • Pets are only allowed at pet-friendly properties and must be disclosed at booking
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

Violation of property rules may result in early termination of your stay without refund and additional charges for damages.

6. Liability and Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. A security deposit or damage protection fee may be required at booking. Desert Sol Real Estate is not liable for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay
  • Injuries occurring on the property (guests use amenities such as pools, hot tubs, and outdoor areas at their own risk)
  • Service interruptions due to weather, utility outages, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance contractors)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Desert Sol Real Estate or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Website Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure property descriptions, photos, amenities, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Properties may be updated or modified. Actual conditions may vary slightly from photographs. Pricing is subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.

9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any issues during your stay promptly. If you have a concern:

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be brought in the courts located in Riverside County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
