We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Legacy Villad property was very well manicured, quiet, and very peaceful. The beach style kids pool was exactly what we were looking for, my 18 month old was very happy. There were very few people during our stay. Great patio, high ceilings, extra blankets, AC works great. The only issue was there was no cleaning spray, nor accessible vacuum and there is carpet. I would also mention Allie said she would get back to me on a couple questions and never did. Would book again, great value for price.

We love the pool view, private balcony, spacious 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen, living room, dining area and washer/dryer.
It’s our favorite place to stay in La Quinta. Parking is next to the unit so it’s easy to come and go.
The morning walks on the property are so peaceful & beautiful. The pools are spotless and comfortable.
A nice treat to shower poolside and then jump in the big pool.
The entire unit was nicely furnished and very clean. The WiFi and TV reception worked perfectly.
Wish we stayed longer than 4 days/3 nights because our getaway was so fun and we hated to leave.
Lavender Bistro for a spectacular outside dinner and the La Quinta Cliffhouse (Happy Hour) are two of our favorites nearby!

My husband and I stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Clean and spacious with the most peaceful outdoor setting. We brought groceries and used the BBQ at the pool and this home had everything we needed. We brought our dog who loved the grounds and we took him on several walks. The town has an adorable Farmers Market on Sunday morning which was nice. We loved it here and will be back for sure. Even met some new friends while hanging at the pool! Whether you’re staying as a couple, want a girls getaway, or need a fun place for the kids- this is IT!

I was in for a conference and this place was perfect. It had more than I needed. I could have enjoyed a much longer stay. The outdoor space was fantastic. The view outstanding. Location of the unit was great. So close to main pool. Steps away from lap pool and hot tub. Maybe 2 min walk to main hotel amenities once you figure out the best way to navigate the walk through all the villas.
One negative is the villa is dated. Very clean but could use some cosmetic Reno’s. Plus the entire property needs a face lift. Only half of the jets in the big hot tub worked is an example.
That said I would still come back. I am very picky but I was ok with the things mentioned.

My partner and I truly enjoyed this place. We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing spot and this spot was everything ! The location was right in front of the pool/spa area where you can just directly walk there in 2 seconds, if the pool is full by any means, there is so many more pools/spas around to go to! Also there is so many places to go out to eat really close by with many delicious food options ! It was truly a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place 100% and we will be back!

The condo exceeded our expectations ground level easily accessible, close to the pool and had all the amenities that we needed. We love to meet our cousins every year for Mother’s Day weekend at the La Quinta resort next door while we prefer staying at the legacy villas because of their gated community and great accommodations.

The Legacy Villas complex is beautiful and ideally located for access to many beautiful golf courses, Indian WellsTennis 🎾Garden, and many activities in the desert. It is located about 25 to 30 minutes from Palm Springs itself, but nestled in the mountain landscape with La Quinta Village just a five minute drive. The lovely 1 bdrm condo was just as shown. The bathroom is quite small, but fine for two people. We did have a snafu with the smoke alarm going off for several hours, and a lockout, however, Nino, Allie and The Del Sol crew were prompt with communication, and we got things figured out in the rest of the stay was fabulous. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I sat outside every morning with coffee. Although the patio is not private, everyone that walked by was friendly and respectful. The pool facility was wonderful and not crowded when we were there. We did not make it to the gym as our days were filled with hours of walking, however it seemed busy during our stay.

This villa is in the perfect location on the property with a beautiful balcony, spacious layout, full kitchen, super comfy bed, and just steps from the main pool. Nino and Allie were very responsive and flexible when we reached out to them. The main pool never felt too crowded/loud and we were always able to get our own cabana for the day. Beautiful grounds and we also loved the hammocks! We will definitely be back and bring our baby next time!

Nestled against the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains, this was a fantastic place to stay. The location and views alone are worth it. The community features multiple pools, hammocks, a fire pit, gym, and even an on-site cafe. Morning walks with the mountains surrounding the property were peaceful and beautiful.
I traveled for work and was able to comfortably work from the balcony without interruptions, despite facing one of the pools. The internet was reliable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the condo itself was spacious with high ceilings and a clean bathroom.
The only downside was that I didn’t realize the unit shared a connecting doorway with the neighboring condo, similar to a hotel setup. Once someone checked in next door, I could hear conversations, music, and even cooking smells quite clearly.
That said, the overall experience was peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again.

I absolutely loved staying at Nino & Allie’s place. After spending time in Downtown Palm Springs the weekend prior, it felt like such a peaceful retreat for me. During the days, I enjoyed relaxing by the various on-site pools — all of which were very quiet with beautiful views of the surrounding desert hills. The grounds & landscaping were meticulously maintained — it actually felt like I was on a movie set. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved having a stocked kitchen (appreciate all of the essentials you provided!), so I could cook all of my meals for the week. It also was a lovely and productive place for me to work remote. And in the evenings, I enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and watching a show. Thank you for such a truly wonderful stay — I can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is right up against the mountains so there are amazing views from the living room. There is also a very generous sized covered balcony.
