Highly recommend Nino and Allie’s place! It was perfect for the festival weekend, really relaxing and peaceful grounds. Great communication on their end as well. We hope to be back next year!

A group of us attended Coachella and where we stayed was a great location! Super close to the festival and a shuttle bus at was in the resort! Place was spacious and had emanates that were listed for the Airbnb. I would highly recommend for others to stay that are thinking of bringing a bigger group to festivals in the area!

Stayed here for Coachella. Grounds were beautiful. Loved the space the unit provided. Only 10 minute walk to the resort for the shuttle. Communication with owners was great. I Would definitely stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to Nino & Allie beautiful condo. The space was much bigger than pictured. We enjoyed all the amenities the community had to offer as well.

Decent stay overall at a nice property. Gate staff were friendly, the unit was clean, the bed comfortable, and the towels fresh. The downsides: far too many automated messages, many often repetitive, which made it difficult to find key info when it mattered (like standing outside in 90°F trying to locate the door code). Carpets were stained, and only 5 plastic hangers were provided for 2 guests. The clothes dryer behaved unpredictably, even turning on in the middle of the night and disrupting our sleep. The $35 fee for a 2 hour early check-in request left a poor first impression. Coachella pricing is understandable, but the 10% discount offer for an extra night (Monday) felt out of touch given how quickly demand drops after the festival. We found a charming, upscale motel in Palm Springs for about 1/3 of the price. We’d consider returning, but would likely book through a private owner for a more personalized experience.

Perfect spot right next to the La Quinta resort. Lots of space and beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating

I love staying here and it’s my second time booking with Nino & Allies listings. They are fast to respond and very helpful! This is a great place to stay for Coachella or just to come stay out in Indio. I love it miss it already! I would highly recommend this place!

Stayed here for Coachella. 10 min walk to shuttle. Comfortable bedrooms, living room, kitchen. Great for a group. The community pool and tennis court is just a few steps outside of the front door. Would stay here again for Coachella :)

Great hosts, reliable, communicative, and a very spacious and comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood is gated and very nice with a large pool and restaurant. It is easy to get in and out and park. Was a fantastic option for a comfortable coachella.

Perfect location, walkable, would definitely stay here again. They were so accommodating for early and late check out as well. Will definitely come back!
