A beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Super private and quiet, back patio basically up against the mountain! This 3br house was perfect for our trip, three women visiting local La Quinta friends. Kitchen was well-equipped. As with most rentals, some pots and pans were trashed, but others were in good condition so we could use them. (We cook a lot so brought a lot of our own kitchen supplies.) Lots of bathroom towels available; maybe more pool towels would be nice. La Quinta can be windy so hard to keep the floors and outdoor areas clean, but the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Appreciated the brooms and mops so we could keep it clean while were staying. The fitness center was adequately equipped; the multiple pools and hot tubs in the complex were fantastic. Beds were comfy. All in all a very nice, comfy stay.

Lovely Villa in an equally lovely neighborhood! Short drive to “Old Town” La Quinta which had a great vibe and many good restaurants and coffee shops. Also close to the main road which takes you to the neighboring towns. Would highly recommend Nino and Allies place.

We would definitely stay here again as the location in Palm Desert was close to shopping and numerous restaurants. The home was large, clean, well decorated. Perfect place for a solo traveler or a couple. Close to downtown La Quinta and PGA West mountain course. The grounds that the property on are beautiful with great amenities, we booked during a holiday weekend so it was slightly more expensive than usual but that’s to be expected. Place was beautiful and the hosts were super responsive. We had an issue with the lock (which I think was ultimately my fault 😅), but the hosts were responsive and understanding. I had lots of questions and they answered promptly! Needed extra pool towels and they were accommodating. The location was super convenient, lots of pools and hot tubs. It was Memorial weekend so it was more crowded than I would’ve liked it to be, but I would definitely come back on a different weekend. Place was super clean and the balcony was a bonus!

People complain that their is a lock off door and you share wall space with another unit but I did not mind. Fabulous location and great pools!

All in all, our visit at Legacy Villas was a nice little getaway, and perfect weather last holiday weekend. Overall our room was nice, comfortable and quiet, aside from a noisy guest next door one night, very late. A designated parking spot would have been preferred. Note to keep in mind next time, I might have to visit a couple pools before finding 2 available lounge chairs together. But again, all in all. it's a place we will visit again.
