Had a wonderful stay at this property. It is so nicely appointed and pleasant to stay in. Not enough positive things to say about how great they pool and the deck as well as the interior decoration and comfort.

This place was great for my weekend getaway. It was in a very residential part of town. I just DoorDashed some groceries from a nearby Trader Joe’s and it was perfect. It was right at the pool which was amazing. Had a great fitness center and balcony for the room.

Felt cozy and very clean would definitely book again

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Legacy Villad property was very well manicured, quiet, and very peaceful. The beach style kids pool was exactly what we were looking for, my 18 month old was very happy. There were very few people during our stay. Great patio, high ceilings, extra blankets, AC works great. The only issue was there was no cleaning spray, nor accessible vacuum and there is carpet. I would also mention Allie said she would get back to me on a couple questions and never did. Would book again, great value for price.

Our stay was wonderful. We love Legacy Villas and have stayed there five times. We love the pool view, private balcony, spacious 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen, living room, dining area and washer/dryer. It’s our favorite place to stay in La Quinta. Parking is next to the unit so it’s easy to come and go. The morning walks on the property are so peaceful & beautiful. The pools are spotless and comfortable. A nice treat to shower poolside and then jump in the big pool. The entire unit was nicely furnished and very clean. The WiFi and TV reception worked perfectly. Wish we stayed longer than 4 days/3 nights because our getaway was so fun and we hated to leave. Lavender Bistro for a spectacular outside dinner and the La Quinta Cliffhouse (Happy Hour) are two of our favorites nearby! Thank you. We’ll be back next year

Our 3rd time booking this property for quiet R&R. It's beyond roomy & the kitchen is well stocked. The hosts are super responsive.

Overall, the house was comfortable. Bathtub area could be a little cleaner. Very responsive host. Only issue was the upstairs neighbor’s footsteps was a little bit of a nuisance if you’re a light sleeper.

The property is fantastic, you can always find a pool to yourself and the grounds are beautiful. The unit is comfortable and as described.

I was in for a conference and this place was perfect. It had more than I needed. I could have enjoyed a much longer stay. The outdoor space was fantastic. The view outstanding. Location of the unit was great. So close to main pool. Steps away from lap pool and hot tub. Maybe 2 min walk to main hotel amenities once you figure out the best way to navigate the walk through all the villas. One negative is the villa is dated. Very clean but could use some cosmetic Reno’s. Plus the entire property needs a face lift. Only half of the jets in the big hot tub worked is an example. That said I would still come back. I am very picky but I was ok with the things mentioned.

The Legacy Villas complex is beautiful and ideally located for access to many beautiful golf courses, Indian WellsTennis 🎾Garden, and many activities in the desert. It is located about 25 to 30 minutes from Palm Springs itself, but nestled in the mountain landscape with La Quinta Village just a five minute drive. The lovely 1 bdrm condo was just as shown. The bathroom is quite small, but fine for two people. We did have a snafu with the smoke alarm going off for several hours, and a lockout, however, Nino, Allie and The Del Sol crew were prompt with communication, and we got things figured out in the rest of the stay was fabulous. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I sat outside every morning with coffee. Although the patio is not private, everyone that walked by was friendly and respectful. The pool facility was wonderful and not crowded when we were there. We did not make it to the gym as our days were filled with hours of walking, however it seemed busy during our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights for our babymoon and could not have been happier! This villa is in the perfect location on the property with a beautiful balcony, spacious layout, full kitchen, super comfy bed, and just steps from the main pool. Nino and Allie were very responsive and flexible when we reached out to them. The main pool never felt too crowded/loud and we were always able to get our own cabana for the day. Beautiful grounds and we also loved the hammocks! We will definitely be back and bring our baby next time!
