Two night stay at Nino & Allie’s was great! The place was clean,comfortable enjoyed all the amenities. They were helpful in arranging late check out. My only complaint nothing to do with the place itself was there was landscaping going on both days and started somewhat early so sleeping in wasn’t an option. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. We love Legacy Villas and have stayed there five times.
We love the pool view, private balcony, spacious 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen, living room, dining area and washer/dryer.
It’s our favorite place to stay in La Quinta. Parking is next to the unit so it’s easy to come and go.
The morning walks on the property are so peaceful & beautiful. The pools are spotless and comfortable.
A nice treat to shower poolside and then jump in the big pool.
The entire unit was nicely furnished and very clean. The WiFi and TV reception worked perfectly.
Wish we stayed longer than 4 days/3 nights because our getaway was so fun and we hated to leave.
Lavender Bistro for a spectacular outside dinner and the La Quinta Cliffhouse (Happy Hour) are two of our favorites nearby!

This is a terrific place. It is clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and in a well-maintained gated community with several nice swimming pools and a gym. The apartment is right up against the mountains so there are amazing views from the living room. There is also a very generous sized covered balcony. Grocery stores and restaurants are an easy 5-10 minute drive away. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to stay here again on a future trip!

I absolutely loved staying at Nino & Allie’s place. After spending time in Downtown Palm Springs the weekend prior, it felt like such a peaceful retreat for me. During the days, I enjoyed relaxing by the various on-site pools — all of which were very quiet with beautiful views of the surrounding desert hills. The grounds & landscaping were meticulously maintained — it actually felt like I was on a movie set. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved having a stocked kitchen (appreciate all of the essentials you provided!), so I could cook all of my meals for the week. It also was a lovely and productive place for me to work remote. And in the evenings, I enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and watching a show. Thank you for such a truly wonderful stay — I can’t wait to come back!

I was in for a conference and this place was perfect. It had more than I needed. I could have enjoyed a much longer stay. The outdoor space was fantastic. The view outstanding. Location of the unit was great. So close to main pool. Steps away from lap pool and hot tub. Maybe 2 min walk to main hotel amenities once you figure out the best way to navigate the walk through all the villas.
One negative is the villa is dated. Very clean but could use some cosmetic Reno’s. Plus the entire property needs a face lift. Only half of the jets in the big hot tub worked is an example.
That said I would still come back. I am very picky but I was ok with the things mentioned.

The condo and the community were perfect for a golf getaway with my spouse. Checking in was easy, the hosts are so helpful and responsive, and the whole area was quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. A rental car was worth it to get to the grocery store and most golf courses, but we found the walk to Old Town La Quinta and the Dye Mountain course easy and enjoyable. We'd highly recommend and hope to return again!

Overall our stay was good! Was very disappointed when walking in and our AC wasn’t working. The host was very responsive when I messaged about this though and they got someone to come fix it. The place was also unfortunately dirty. The pervious guest had left trash that was never taken.
We did come down for Stagecoach and were very pleased on the price of the unit and how close it was to the festival but also far enough away. Perfect location!
I would stay here again and recommend as the host was very pleasant and responsive.

This villa is in the perfect location on the property with a beautiful balcony, spacious layout, full kitchen, super comfy bed, and just steps from the main pool. Nino and Allie were very responsive and flexible when we reached out to them. The main pool never felt too crowded/loud and we were always able to get our own cabana for the day. Beautiful grounds and we also loved the hammocks! We will definitely be back and bring our baby next time!

Nestled against the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains, this was a fantastic place to stay. The location and views alone are worth it. The community features multiple pools, hammocks, a fire pit, gym, and even an on-site cafe. Morning walks with the mountains surrounding the property were peaceful and beautiful.
I traveled for work and was able to comfortably work from the balcony without interruptions, despite facing one of the pools. The internet was reliable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the condo itself was spacious with high ceilings and a clean bathroom.
The only downside was that I didn’t realize the unit shared a connecting doorway with the neighboring condo, similar to a hotel setup. Once someone checked in next door, I could hear conversations, music, and even cooking smells quite clearly.
That said, the overall experience was peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again.
