Two night stay at Nino & Allie’s was great! The place was clean,comfortable enjoyed all the amenities. They were helpful in arranging late check out. My only complaint nothing to do with the place itself was there was landscaping going on both days and started somewhat early so sleeping in wasn’t an option. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay again!

Overall our stay was good! Was very disappointed when walking in and our AC wasn’t working. The host was very responsive when I messaged about this though and they got someone to come fix it. The place was also unfortunately dirty. The pervious guest had left trash that was never taken.
We did come down for Stagecoach and were very pleased on the price of the unit and how close it was to the festival but also far enough away. Perfect location!
I would stay here again and recommend as the host was very pleasant and responsive.

My friend and I stayed here for Stagecoach 2026 and had a great time. It was about a 12 minute walk to the shuttles for the festival which was really convenient. It was also about a 2 minute walk to two different pools, and the views outside the airbnb were beautiful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat, already planning on it for next years’ festival!

This villa is in the perfect location on the property with a beautiful balcony, spacious layout, full kitchen, super comfy bed, and just steps from the main pool. Nino and Allie were very responsive and flexible when we reached out to them. The main pool never felt too crowded/loud and we were always able to get our own cabana for the day. Beautiful grounds and we also loved the hammocks! We will definitely be back and bring our baby next time!

Nestled against the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains, this was a fantastic place to stay. The location and views alone are worth it. The community features multiple pools, hammocks, a fire pit, gym, and even an on-site cafe. Morning walks with the mountains surrounding the property were peaceful and beautiful.
I traveled for work and was able to comfortably work from the balcony without interruptions, despite facing one of the pools. The internet was reliable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the condo itself was spacious with high ceilings and a clean bathroom.
The only downside was that I didn’t realize the unit shared a connecting doorway with the neighboring condo, similar to a hotel setup. Once someone checked in next door, I could hear conversations, music, and even cooking smells quite clearly.
That said, the overall experience was peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here for a few nights while work was being done at my home in Palm Springs. La Quinta is 30 minutes from my house but I've always liked the area and play golf there regularly so I booked Nino & Allie's condo. I'm so glad I did! The unit is lovely -- second story with views to the mountain, very quiet, impeccably clean and comfortable. Just very well appointed overall. I did not have a chance to use the property amenities since I was busy, but the condo gave me a comfortable, quiet, safe and beautiful respite at the end of the day. Just great overall and if I find myself in a similar situation again I will book this unit.

Nino & Allie’s place was even better than expected. The unit itself is clean and well decorated. The large balcony was a huge plus and gives you a beautiful view of the surrounding rocks. The gated community is safe, beautiful, and peaceful. Our stay was for Coachella weekend 2 for our first time and we feel like we lucked out. Check in was easy. The hosts are very communicative. The shuttle to the festival was a short, easy, 10-15 minute walk to the resort next door and the ride to the festival was really short and easy as well. We ate at the restaurant on site which was small but also yummy and convenient and spent our last day lounging by the pool which had plenty of cabanas. Restaurants, shopping centers, and coffee shops were all a short drive away. We look forward to staying here again in the future for our next festival weekend.

Decent stay overall at a nice property. Gate staff were friendly, the unit was clean, the bed comfortable, and the towels fresh.
The downsides: far too many automated messages, many often repetitive, which made it difficult to find key info when it mattered (like standing outside in 90°F trying to locate the door code).
Carpets were stained, and only 5 plastic hangers were provided for 2 guests. The clothes dryer behaved unpredictably, even turning on in the middle of the night and disrupting our sleep.
The $35 fee for a 2 hour early check-in request left a poor first impression. Coachella pricing is understandable, but the 10% discount offer for an extra night (Monday) felt out of touch given how quickly demand drops after the festival. We found a charming, upscale motel in Palm Springs for about 1/3 of the price.
We’d consider returning, but would likely book through a private owner for a more personalized experience.
