Beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a great location with stunning surroundings and easy access to everything we needed. The host was kind, responsive, and made the process smooth, and the on-site staff were equally welcoming and helpful. That said, parking was a bit of a challenge, and the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, likely due to the busy festival season. Overall, it was a positive stay, and I’d happily return.

Nino & Allie’s place was even better than expected. The unit itself is clean and well decorated. The large balcony was a huge plus and gives you a beautiful view of the surrounding rocks. The gated community is safe, beautiful, and peaceful. Our stay was for Coachella weekend 2 for our first time and we feel like we lucked out. Check in was easy. The hosts are very communicative. The shuttle to the festival was a short, easy, 10-15 minute walk to the resort next door and the ride to the festival was really short and easy as well. We ate at the restaurant on site which was small but also yummy and convenient and spent our last day lounging by the pool which had plenty of cabanas. Restaurants, shopping centers, and coffee shops were all a short drive away. We look forward to staying here again in the future for our next festival weekend.

Our stay at Nino and Allie's property was perfect for a mid-week get-away in beautiful La Quinta. It's location is close to Old La Quinta, and very close to the La Quinta Resort and Spa. The first floor property offers a patio for quiet time, and listening to the courtyard fountain. We especially loved the mountain views, which were very dramatic and picturesque. There's a path next to the mountain , where we enjoyed a morning hike. Thank you Nino and Allie for the lovely visit.

Nino & Allie they were very kind answered all my questions. Definitely recommend. We are looking forward to going back. Enjoyed the balcony the view of the pool of the gym. Everything is right there in front of you. You can hear the water fountain, which is very pleasant and relaxing when you’re sitting in the balcony.

Highly recommend this spot, I will definitely be back. The pools were so nice, and the grounds were gorgeous! The amenities alone were worth the stay. We went to old town La Quinta for dinner and breakfast, it was a very short drive. Nino & Allie were very responsive when I needed an earlier check in, and then again when I had a family emergency during my stay & swapped guests. We’ll be back very soon!

Great communication very friendly and proactive. The condo was exactly as described and very clean and orderly. The resort had all the amenities and were easy to access. The community was incredibly clean and luxurious. Parking was a little tight. but doable. Great place and great hosts. If we head this way again, we would seek out these hosts again. Thank You 😃

We enjoyed our stay at Nino & Allie’s place. We stayed during Coachella weekend 2 and it was a perfect location as there’s a shuttle stop nearby (walking distance). The place was clean and match the description. It was spacious enough for 2 people and the kitchen had basic supplies enough for us to make breakfast. The place is also very well located within the villa as it’s close to the entrance, close to the main pool and has lots of parking nearby. Since it was Coachella weekend the price was a bit high but it’s understandable. They were also flexible w early check in. Thanks for having us! Will def stay again!

Highly recommend Nino and Allie’s place! It was perfect for the festival weekend, really relaxing and peaceful grounds. Great communication on their end as well. We hope to be back next year!

A group of us attended Coachella and where we stayed was a great location! Super close to the festival and a shuttle bus at was in the resort! Place was spacious and had emanates that were listed for the Airbnb. I would highly recommend for others to stay that are thinking of bringing a bigger group to festivals in the area!

Stayed here for Coachella. Grounds were beautiful. Loved the space the unit provided. Only 10 minute walk to the resort for the shuttle. Communication with owners was great. I Would definitely stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to Nino & Allie beautiful condo. The space was much bigger than pictured. We enjoyed all the amenities the community had to offer as well.

Decent stay overall at a nice property. Gate staff were friendly, the unit was clean, the bed comfortable, and the towels fresh. The downsides: far too many automated messages, many often repetitive, which made it difficult to find key info when it mattered (like standing outside in 90°F trying to locate the door code). Carpets were stained, and only 5 plastic hangers were provided for 2 guests. The clothes dryer behaved unpredictably, even turning on in the middle of the night and disrupting our sleep. The $35 fee for a 2 hour early check-in request left a poor first impression. Coachella pricing is understandable, but the 10% discount offer for an extra night (Monday) felt out of touch given how quickly demand drops after the festival. We found a charming, upscale motel in Palm Springs for about 1/3 of the price. We’d consider returning, but would likely book through a private owner for a more personalized experience.
