We had a great time staying here for a festival weekend. We had some minor issues with the AC not holding and the hosts were responsive and attentive. The AC somehow ended up being resolved on its own but they offered quick help.

Nino & Allie they were very kind answered all my questions. Definitely recommend. We are looking forward to going back. Enjoyed the balcony the view of the pool of the gym. Everything is right there in front of you. You can hear the water fountain, which is very pleasant and relaxing when you’re sitting in the balcony.

We loved our stay. The location is perfect with direct access to a smaller pool. And easy access to the parking lot. The bathroom is not as large as some of the other units but doable even with a broken ankle. I would stay again

We had a lovely time at this homely Airbnb. Everything was in good working order. It was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable if you like a firm bed. The living area was very nice and there was a warm fireplace. I would recommend this to a couple or a small family.
The only issue we encountered was the noisy neighbours above us since they had lots of children screaming and running around on Spring break. We didn’t use the pool as it was so busy with families. However, that’s not a reflection of the hosts or the property.
Make sure you pick your dates wisely!

This was such a great location, we stayed for Coachella weekend and luckily found this last minute. It was smaller than I thought it would be, it’s more like a hotel room than an Airbnb in terms of size, which was fine! There was a conjoining room door that must of been listed separately and rented to someone else but we were awoken at 4 am night 1 to someone trying to open the conjoined door which really freaked us out. The little patio was lovely and the pool a check in was easy, shower needs to be fixed though, the water hits everything except your body. Overall for the location and a safe place to stay this was great.

This air bnb was absolutely perfect! It is in a great location with lots to do and lots of stores nearby & has a private gate and security to get in so we felt super safe. The space was very clean and looks honestly just like the photos. The hosts answer very quick and were so kind! The amenities it comes with is also amazing the pools are nice. We would most definitely stay here again , highly recommend!

The warm-water pool is right next to the accommodations and we had it to ourselves for awhile! Nice and quiet in the corner of the resort.The unit is spacious and clean. Great deal. Friends visited and also will be asking to stay here, they were so impressed. A couple suggestions: add a full length mirror and split the plantation shutters top/bottom to allow more light while ensuring privacy. All considered, 5 stars and a wonderful stay!

Good communication and a nice , clean location, perfect for one or two people. A little tricky to find in the dark since the building is in the interior part of the complex. A dedicated parking space was appreciated, and it’s a quick walk to the La Quinta resort. Walls are a little thin (could hear family with small children in the shared lock off unit)and would have appreciated a few simple amenities, such as bottled water, non powdered coffee creamer, or Kleenex. Would stay again.

Kitchen was well stocked with sharp knives and great flatware for cooking. (Ideally rent with the adjacent master bedroom for more privacy and en-suite bathroom.)
But for a couple the set up was very spacious with the kitchen, dining, family room and patio connecting to the guest bedroom, laundry and bathroom across hallway serving the unit. Upgraded decor also makes this a great value.

The condo was updated, clean and perfect for our needs. The location was perfect with a very close pool/hot tub. We would stay here again.
