This place was great for my weekend getaway. It was in a very residential part of town. I just DoorDashed some groceries from a nearby Trader Joe’s and it was perfect. It was right at the pool which was amazing. Had a great fitness center and balcony for the room.

This,I believe, was the 3rd time renting a unit from Allie. I Appreciated the very quick communication with Allie and emma. this unit was literally steps from the pool which was convenient. This unit came well equipped with both Keurig and drip coffee pots. Wonderful ice maker in the new LG suite of appliances. Having a washer and dryer in unit came in very handy. Bring your own fragrance free detergent if you use that kind. AC kept the bedroom wonderfully cool overnight. Bathroom had amenities in the shower and great water flow from the shower head. Had a few books, DVDs and jigsaw puzzles to borrow from. We didn't use the electric BBQ this time but is nice to have. My parents came to stay for a night so we gave them The bedroom and hoped for the best in the pullout couch. It was a decent 4" thick dense foam mattress. More comfortable than I anticipated. The property itself is so peaceful. we love coming here year after year.

The bedrooms were spacious and very nice, and we also really enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of great places to eat and shop nearby, which made the location even more convenient.

We had such a wonderful stay in La Quinta. The little one-bedroom house was even better than the pictures and one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. It had absolutely everything we needed, the kitchen was great for cooking, and the patio was such a lovely, peaceful spot to relax. This is a great place to stay and a lovey little condo. They could use some clean up on the entry way outside and stairwell. It was dirty and there was spill and splatter marks all over the stairwell. The condo inside was clean. We really enjoyed the proximity to the pool and took advantage of the beautiful weather to enjoy a day at the pool. Being able to quickly walk back to the condo for sunscreen and snacks is a huge benefit!

We had a very peaceful stay at Nino and Allie’s Airbnb over Memorial Day Weekend. They were very responsive and accommodating. The place itself was very spacious and quiet. At some points we could hear the neighbor’s TV just due to the nature of the lock-off property but it was to be expected. I really enjoyed walking around the entire property, using the amenities, making our own food, and enjoyed my cups of morning coffee on the patio. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to La Quinta!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Legacy Villad property was very well manicured, quiet, and very peaceful. The beach style kids pool was exactly what we were looking for, my 18 month old was very happy. There were very few people during our stay. Great patio, high ceilings, extra blankets, AC works great. The only issue was there was no cleaning spray, nor accessible vacuum and there is carpet. I would also mention Allie said she would get back to me on a couple questions and never did. Would book again, great value for price.

We brought groceries and used the BBQ at the pool and this home had everything we needed. We brought our dog who loved the grounds and we took him on several walks. The town has an adorable Farmers Market on Sunday morning which was nice. We loved it here and will be back for sure. Even met some new friends while hanging at the pool! Whether you’re staying as a couple, want a girls getaway, or need a fun place for the kids- this is IT!

The location was right in front of the pool/spa area where you can just directly walk there in 2 seconds, if the pool is full by any means, there is so many more pools/spas around to go to!
