My daughter and I have stayed in La Quinta previously and had another perfect stay! We love the area, people are friendly in this community, and amenities are very close! It’s quiet at night and since it’s gated, feels extra safe. Will definitely be back! Thank you Nino and Allie!

This is our second time staying in this lovely home near El Paseo in Palm Desert. The home is well-appointed, comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located for our family of four plus our dog. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a meal, including quality baking dishes, some oils and spices. The bathrooms had plush towels, along with toiletries. We appreciate having all we need to do our laundry, too! We had plenty of room to spread out, with comfortable beds and a cloud-like couch to relax. The backyard has quality patio furniture for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a meal al fresco. We enjoyed morning and late afternoon swims in the pool, when the house provided shady spots to float and escape the summer sun. Finally, the location was perfect for our needs. We went on daily walks to El Paseo with our dog, enjoyed the nearby restaurants, and appreciated having convenient access to grocery stores. This is our go-to home when we visit Palm Desert!

This was my second time staying here and it was yet again so amazing, peaceful and I felt right at home. The only con this time was there was a family upstairs that were very noisy, I told the host about it and they let the HOA know, although the guests upstairs im sure did not listen because there was still A LOT of noise and running around coming from upstairs past midnight to where we couldn’t sleep peacefully. The other thing is the water from the shower does leak all over the floor because there’s just a cloth curtain covering it but it is an accessible shower so im not mad about it, just keep in mind the bathroom floor will be slippery! All in all, our stay was amazing, had all the things we needed to cook, took advantage of all the pools in the community and all stores were very close which is super convenient!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was so peaceful and had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was great being close to several of the pools. Check in was easy and all instructions were clear.

This was the perfect unit, so beautiful and cozy, quiet, spacious, very clean, adorable fireplace, (we also booked out the other two bedroom lock off units attached to this one so if your just renting the one bedroom unit the kitchen is not attached to this just to mention that) the kitchen has modern devices (coffee maker etc) and it had the best views of the mountains out the windows and back patio. The A/C works perfect, it’s super close to the pools, and I slept so good on the very clearly new mattress, which my friend in the second bedroom we rented out that’s next to this lock off unit also commented on how comfortable her mattress was too, and we both slept great which is a huge deal to me when staying at any airbnb. It’s a 60 second drive (or 5 minute walk) to the sister resort La Quinta resort and spa next to it which is so convenient when going there for dinner or drinks. I will definitely be booking this one again for my next la Quinta stay, Couldn’t have been better!

We always stay at the legacy village we loved this place the most and we have been going there so many times

Great stay with Nino and Allie! They were very responsive and friendly to any questions I had! Their place was extremely clean and spacious. The grounds here are very peaceful and quite great for a little getaway. Will certainly be coming back!!

This studio was great for a weekend stay! Allie and her team were responsive and proactive, providing helpful information and updates before our visit. The space was clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to our dinner at the Hilton La Quinta. The studio is near two pools, which was a nice bonus. The area is very quiet and the gated entrance with a security guard made us feel safe throughout our stay. One thing worth mentioning is that the studio has a connecting door to the neighboring unit. I may have overlooked that detail in the listing before booking but I generally try to avoid connecting rooms when possible. Other than that personal preference, everything about our stay was wonderful and we had a great experience.

Really enjoyed our stay in LA Quinta. Second time being there and hosted by Nino & Allie and really appreciated their hospitality. Always responsive and communicative. Had a great time and looking forward to booking with them again.

There was an issue with the shower. They fixed it so fast. I was very appreciative.

Nino & Allies Home was just as described. They were very responsive hosts and were there for anything that was needed to make the stay that much easier and more comfortable. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Great townhouse in the Legacy Villa complex! It was located right by the main pool, which was great for my family.

So happy to find this place, it truly is worth every penny. It very comfortable and private and peaceful with a great amenities in the gated community. You feel close to everything, with lots of restaurants and shopping only 5 minutes away. The space was clean and mindfully decorated and furnished, complete with everything we needed including pool towels! Thank you for the hospitality
